These terms apply when you use the ZIRCLE app. By signing in, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
What ZIRCLE is
ZIRCLE helps you find people to work on your home, such as electricians, plumbers and cleaners, through circles of people you know. ZIRCLE connects you. The work itself is an agreement between you and the service provider.
Your account
- Use your own phone number, and keep access to it.
- Give your real name, and keep your details accurate.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Be decent
Do not use ZIRCLE to:
- post anything false, abusive, hateful or illegal;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- spam, or collect other people's details;
- write reviews for work that did not happen, or for your own business;
- break, overload or misuse the app.
We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these rules.
If you list a business
- Everything you tell us about your business must be true.
- Documents you send for checks must be genuine and yours. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live.
- You are responsible for the quality, safety and price of your work.
Payments
Some features cost money, such as unlocking a provider's contact details or promoting a listing. The price is shown in the app before you pay. You pay by UPI outside the app, then upload your receipt. Our team checks it and switches the feature on. If a payment cannot be matched, write to us and we will sort it out.
Payment for the work itself is between you and the provider.
Trust, not a guarantee
Recommendations, reviews and verification badges help you decide. They are not a promise. We check what we can, but we do not employ the providers and cannot guarantee their work. Use your own judgement before letting anyone into your home.
To the extent the law allows, ZIRCLE is not liable for loss or damage caused by a provider's work or by another user.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You let us show it to the people it is meant for, so the app can work.
Leaving
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If the change matters, we will tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
